All classes are available in-person and online. We offer Rocket III, Rocket IV Ashtanga Lead Intermediate Series, All Levels Flow, Vinyasa Level II, Beginners Hatha, Ashtanga Foundations, Gentle Flow, Yin, Nidra, Kriya, Meditation.
Offering All levels beach flow! Every morning at Ski Beach Mission Bay at 7am and Sunset Yoga at 6pm!
All classes are donation based forever because that’s how Shakyamuni Buddha teaches. The above prices are suggested donations!
